Taç Premier Hotel & Spa

Hello headliners! I will briefly tell you about my experience with this hotel which claims to be 4 stars but the reality is 2 stars. I will also attach pictures and a small video for confirmation. Since I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that they do not have our rooms available, that there are technical problems, etc. LIES. During my stay there I found out that this is how this mess works. They rewarded me with the FREE safe, a fruit platter and a bottle of wine, which were supposed to be sent to our room every day, but they only arrived one day. The next day they moved us to a room where cockroaches were also staying (the video I've done, can't be attach). I can't even imagine what was in the kitchen/food preparation area. And only the 3rd move that I made after complaining directly to the manager, whom I called to the room to show him the "treasure", I received a decent room. In the hallways of the hotel, the windows were open, so there was no air conditioning. You were sweating non-stop. The carpets where they were old, tattered and dirty. SHAME ON THE ENTIRE STAFF, starting with the manager (I didn't remember his name, but he knows who he is) less a few waiters at the tables, who poor people really tried to be kind, as well as the lady from the SPA area, but slightly disturbed that we went every day to change the beach towels with clean ones, for the 2nd day. We cannot say the same about the girl at the reception, a person who has no business in that location as a worker with the public. A sad girl an each moment, offended that customers end up in that location. He didn't know how to smile, offer you a welcome, etc. A totally unsuccessful vacation, I'm sorry I ended up there, but of course I won't be back, neither will the people I know, to whom I've already informed about this unfortunate stay. The pictures on their website have nothing to do with reality. Careful! The beach is 200m away (no. 12), but which is paid, even with a ticket taken through the agency, it doesn't matter, they don't care. There is a bar on the beach that offers drinks, food, etc. for a fee. Those at the hotel offer all-inclusive, ice cream, cakes and drinks (not fruit) only at the pool inside the hotel. Be careful what choices you make for your vacations. This location is not an adequate one, I say it from my own experience and even as recently as August 2023.

I really thought I was booking a 4 star hotel, but this is barely 3 stars. The room was not super clean and had terrible bedding. Military style and not comfortable. The food was just ok and the restaurant staff were nice. The pool area was disgusting. A complete free for all. Everyone did what ever they wanted with no respect for others. No security, no lifeguard. People let their children in soiled diapers in the adult “big pool” and nobody said anything. It was so gross 🤢. This place has no standards. Smoking allowed almost everywhere. They have a great location, but that’s about it. It’s an all inclusive that didn’t have Wifi included in the rooms unless you paid extra. Aren’t we in 2023? So weird.

Hotel is located in a busy street so shopping/ party life in my opinion is great. The rooms were clean, no problem with anything. The maid was very nice. The receptionists some of them were nice some not. Some of them did not speak English. Also you have to pay for wifi. If not you need to stay at reception and be on wifi only there. The WiFi was in my opinion expensive as it is a must for tourists. There was a wide variety of food. If you want to go to beach, you need to cross the street. So it was not that great hotel, but if this things doesn’t matter for you, it is a good hotel.

Alanya - Tac Premier Hotel & Spa My first review in Turkey. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a great receptionist who immediately gave us food and drink tapes and hid our luggage. We arrived at 12. Wi-Fi is only at the reception, for an extra charge in the room. I don't use , I use Airalo. As for the rooms, instead of a room with a terrace, we got a room with a balcony, which surprised me because such a room is more expensive. We didn't mind at all. The hotel was always clean during the 11 days of our stay, the staff was nice, for 1 euro the waiters took care of you like babies. The hotel has 2 lobby bars, one upstairs on the 1st floor and the other by the pool. It even has its own market, tattoo parlor, snack bar where they make pizzas, burgers, etc. As for the food, I can't complain about the selection. An awful lot of food, except for fruit, so the selection was a bit poorer. There is a children's disco every day, so even for children there is some enjoyment there, but not as big as elsewhere. The hotel is a file aimed at older people and not children. Every other day, the hotel usually organizes more interesting dinners in the form of grill, fish, kebab. We personally did not use the spa because it was not needed for the money. However, they have a large pool downstairs in the spa which is completely icy. Which is great. They also have their own gym for free. At the reception there is always a 24/7 security guard who does not let anyone outside the complex. I will definitely recommend this hotel, because everything is going well in the hotel and if there is a problem, the staff will solve it immediately. The lounger is absolutely great. A person comes from the sea in the afternoon and immediately there are free sunbeds. The hotel cooperates with beach number 12, which is approximately 150 meters from the hotel. Quite a bit indeed. I suspect 4.70 euros per day for 2 sunbeds and a parasol. There is a pharmacy right next to the hotel. Despite the minor flaws that are everywhere, we enjoyed our first stay in Turkey in this hotel and I would definitely recommend it. We will be back next year 🙂 enjoy your vacation 🙂

I want to write a review about the hotel, about my wonderful vacation in Alanya! I want to thank all the staff of the hotel, they are all great fellows. Thank you very much to the chefs for insanely delicious food, for every taste, thanks to the waiters who worked at the speed of light, special thanks to the restaurant chef Mustafa, and our waiter Berat! Also, many thanks to the bartenders Onur and Furkan, the cocktails were always the most delicious and made with love, I want to mention the bartender Onur who worked at such a speed as 3 people, I admired every time. And of course, I did not forget about the beautiful guy Ali, who makes delicious and smoky hookahs on the hotel's charming terrace. Moving on to the location of the hotel, it is in the center of Alanya, where all the shops, bus stop, pharmacy 2 minutes walk, the beach is 150 meters from the hotel. I 100% recommend this hotel and will be back again. See you soon💋

I had booked the jacuzzi room as a special Birthday Surprise for my Husband two weeks in advance .. The time of the booking went smoothly I was shown the room and was very happy. Reception staff at the time were friendly & professional however they failed to inform me that wi fi was additional cost in the rooms,I found this out in the day of check in. I was disappointed at this especially as the cost for one night was not cheap. One the check in day it went well as I had planned to decorate the room .. The issues for both me and my Husband came in the evening when we returned after our dinner.. We had purchased some wine but needed ice & glasses so we were directed to the pool bar to ask but we’re informed we had to ask in the lounge bar upstairs.. However we were met with a rude bar manager who insisted seeing our wrist band although we showed our key card as it was for one night only ,she continued to argue with us that she could not give us glasses & ice. My Husband continued to show her our card and insisted she give us what we requested it was after 10mins that she gave us. I found this customer service from this woman very aggressive and disappointing especially as I work as Guest Relation in a Hotel in Turkey and would never think to be so argumentative to paying customers for something so simple. As we got to our room we then realised we needed a cork screw for the wine,my husband went back to the lounge bar to ask if they could open our bottle of wine. To his surprise again they said they did not have this behind the bar again this is a bar that should or would have all needed to carry out simple things like opening a bottle of wine .. Of course he was very Angry at this so we had to try and open this wine ourselves with our home key. As someone who travels frequently and living in Turkey for many years I have never been so disappointed in the service provided by staff members in Premier Hotel. On a positive the breakfast buffet provided was very good and had everything you would want..
